Founding Architect / Engineering Lead

Own the hardest, most expensive-to-get-wrong parts of ADOSX — the reconciliation engine, the AI grounding layer that never invents a business number, multi-tenant isolation, and event-driven architecture. First full-time technical leader, working directly with the founders.

Full-Stack Engineer

Take features end to end — Django models, DRF endpoints, Next.js screens — with no hand-offs. Build the in-house integrations that feed the platform, and ship daily with AI coding agents as a core part of the workflow.

Full-Stack Engineer

Own well-scoped pieces across the stack — an API slice, a screen, a scheduled job — under close mentorship, and grow into owning whole features. Build agentically from day one, learning to judge what the AI gets wrong.

Intern — Full-Stack Tech
